Kurayoshi Sunset

Ingredients:
- 60 ml Matsui Shuzo Kurayoshi 8 yrs
- 30 ml pineapple juice
- 15 ml lime juice
- 15 ml honey syrup
- 2 dashes of Angostura bitters
- Pineapple wedge for garnish

Instructions:
1. Fill a shaker with ice.
2. Add Matsui Shuzo Kurayoshi 8 yrs, pineapple juice, lime juice, honey syrup, and Angostura bitters.
3. Shake well until chilled.
4. Strain into a glass filled with ice.
5. Garnish with a pineapple wedge.
