- 15 ml honey syrup
- 15 ml lemon juice
- 1 dash of orange bitters
- 1 sprig of rosemary

Instructions:
1. In a shaker, combine Matsui Shuzo The Peated, honey syrup, lemon juice, and orange bitters.
2. Add ice and shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds.
3. Strain into a rocks glass filled with ice.
