Trois Rivières Cuvée de l'Océan rum is made from the juice of sugar cane grown "with its feet in the water" on the sunny plot of Anse Trabaud, located in the far south of Martinique. This geographical particularity, combined with fermentation techniques specially designed by the Master Distiller, makes Cuvée de l'Océan a rum with a unique taste which is mainly characterized by surprisingly mineral, iodized and saline notes.
