Golden Reserve Sour

Ingredients:
- 60 ml Johnnie Walker Gold Label Reserve
- 30 ml fresh lemon juice
- 15 ml honey syrup
- 1 egg white
- 3 dashes of Angostura bitters

Instructions:
1. In a shaker, combine Johnnie Walker Gold Label Reserve, fresh lemon juice, honey syrup, and egg white.
2. Dry shake (without ice) for 10-15 seconds to emulsify the egg white.
3. Add ice to the shaker and shake again for 10-15 seconds.
4. Strain the mixture into a chilled glass.
5. Add 3 dashes of Angostura bitters on top.
6. Garnish with a lemon twist.
