In strict compliance with the rules of the AOC, Trois Rivières Ambré (or Elevé sous Bois) is matured for 12 to 18 months under the care of the Cellar Master, in French oak casks of the highest quality. These few months in the undergrowth allow this delicate rum to acquire its superb golden and luminous color. The taste qualities developed are remarkable and particularly sweet: there are notes of honey, caramel and pain au lait.

Ingredients:
- 2 oz Trois Rivieres Rhum Ambre Agricole
- 1 oz cane syrup
- 1 lime wedge

Instructions:
1. In a rocks glass, add the cane syrup and squeeze the lime wedge.
2. Add the Trois Rivieres Rhum Ambre Agricole and stir.
3. Add ice and stir again.
4. Garnish with a lime wedge and serve.
