Knockando Master Reserve 21 years old is a single malt with a triple maturation: first and second in Bourbon barrels and third in Sherry barrels. This particularity gives it a surprisingly soft depth and woody structure. Rich, concentrated. Oak, vanilla, exotic fruits (coconut) and candied fruits (plum). Influence of sherry (nuts). Overall: fresh, vegetal. Aniseed and minty notes that go perfectly with nuts and sweet spices (cumin, cinnamon).
