Casamigos is a mezcal made only from agaves of the Espadin variety. The agave is then grilled for 72 hours in traditional brick ovens and then fermented for 4 to 6 days. Balanced and elegant, this Mezcal presents aromas of tamarind and pomegranate. They are followed by herbal notes of fresh mint and dried oregano. Delicate notes of smoke and black pepper lead to a long silky finish.
