The little round leaves of lemon thyme occupy the whole bottle whilst the slices of ginger rest at the base of the bottle. The elixir takes on a slightly coppery hue. A universe of rich fragrances plunges you into wild grasses and sunny citrus fruits. An unexpected explosion of mixed flavours. The harmony is subtle, then reveals its power thanks to the ginger which supports the fragrance of the thyme as an aftertaste. A delight!

Ingredients:
- 60 ml Baileys Irish Cream liqueur
- 30 ml espresso
- 15 ml hazelnut syrup

Instructions:
1. In a shaker, combine Baileys Irish Cream liqueur, espresso, and hazelnut syrup.
2. Add ice and shake well.
3. Strain into a glass filled with ice.
